Where a product is handmade or individually finished, minor variations in appearance may
occur. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. Diamonds & Gemstones
KIMI's standard jewellery collections feature laboratory-grown diamonds and gemstones, as
specified on the applicable product page.
The relevant diamond and gemstone details for each product will be clearly stated on the
applicable product listing.
Where applicable, product listings may include information such as:
Diamond or gemstone type
Carat weight
Colour
Clarity
Cut
Shape
Certification
Treatment
Number of stones
Other relevant characteristics
Natural diamonds and natural gemstones are not part of KIMI's standard online collections.
Customers seeking natural diamonds or natural gemstones may submit a request through
KIMI's Bespoke service. Bespoke requests are subject to availability, design requirements,
pricing, production timelines, and confirmation by KIMI.
Where a bespoke piece is requested with natural diamonds or gemstones, the applicable
specifications and details will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Where a diamond or gemstone certificate or grading report is provided, relevant certificate
information may be stated on the product page or supplied with the jewellery.
Gemstones may naturally vary in colour, tone, clarity, inclusions, pattern, and other
characteristics. Such variations may occur between individual stones and do not necessarily
constitute a manufacturing defect.
Where a gemstone has been treated, enhanced, laboratory-created, or otherwise processed,
such information will be identified where applicable.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
The availability of a product displayed on our website does not guarantee that the product will
remain available until an order is placed and successfully confirmed.
KIMI reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and KIMI is unable to fulfil the
order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include
cancellation and a refund of amounts paid for the unavailable product.
6. Pricing & Currency
KIMI displays product prices in Indian Rupees (INR), United States Dollars (USD), and
British Pounds (GBP), depending on the currency selected by the customer or the applicable
shopping experience.The price displayed to the customer at checkout will generally constitute the applicable
purchase price for the order, subject to any applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties,
import fees, or other charges disclosed separately or imposed by the destination country.
Prices displayed in currencies other than KIMI's underlying pricing currency may be affected by
changes in foreign-exchange rates and may therefore fluctuate from time to time.
KIMI reserves the right to update product prices, currency conversions, promotions, discounts,
and other pricing information at any time before an order is placed.
Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, KIMI will generally honour the
applicable product price displayed at the time of purchase, except where an obvious pricing,
technical, system, or typographical error has occurred.
If KIMI identifies an obvious pricing error after an order has been placed, we may contact the
customer to confirm whether the customer wishes to proceed at the correct price. If the
customer does not wish to proceed, the affected order may be cancelled and eligible amounts
paid will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
7. International Pricing, Taxes & Duties
KIMI serves customers in India and selected international markets.
Customers purchasing from outside India may be responsible for applicable local taxes,
customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination
country or its authorities, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Such charges are determined by the destination country and are generally outside KIMI's
control.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable import requirements and charges in their
country before completing an international purchase.
KIMI may use different pricing, promotional offers, or currency conversion rates for different
markets. The price displayed to the customer for their selected market and currency will apply to
that transaction, subject to these Terms.
8. Orders
When you place an order through the KIMI website, you are making an offer to purchase the
selected products.An order is not considered accepted until KIMI has successfully processed the order and issued
an order confirmation.
KIMI reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary,
including where:
A product is unavailable.
There is an obvious pricing or product-information error.
Payment cannot be verified or authorised.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
The customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete information.
The requested delivery location cannot be serviced.

Circumstances outside KIMI's reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If KIMI cancels an order after payment has been received, any eligible amount paid for the
cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Custom, Personalised & Made-to-Order Jewellery
Certain KIMI products may be customised, personalised, or made specifically for an individual
customer.
Customisation may include, without limitation:
Ring size
Metal type
Diamond or gemstone selection
Engraving
Design modifications
Dimensions
Other specifications requested by the customer
KIMI's Bespoke service may also allow customers to request jewellery featuring materials,
gemstones, diamonds, designs, or specifications that are not part of our standard online
collections.
Bespoke jewellery is subject to individual quotation, availability, design approval, pricing,
production timelines, and confirmation by KIMI.
Because these products may be produced specifically for the customer, customised,
personalised, and bespoke products may be subject to different cancellation, return, exchange,
and refund conditions.Once production or customisation has commenced, an order may not be cancellable or
refundable except as provided in KIMI's Refund & Cancellation Policy or where required by
applicable law.
10. Ring Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate ring size when placing an order.
Where KIMI offers resizing, the availability, cost, turnaround time, and eligibility of resizing will
depend on the specific product and its design.
Certain rings may not be suitable for resizing because of their construction, stone placement,
design, metal, or other characteristics.
Any resizing performed by a third party without KIMI's authorisation may affect applicable
warranties, guarantees, returns, or service eligibility.
11. Payments
KIMI may offer payment through third-party payment processors and other authorised payment
methods displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected
payment method.
Payment information may be processed directly by third-party payment providers in accordance
with their own terms and privacy policies.
KIMI does not intentionally retain complete payment-card information where such information is
processed directly by an authorised payment provider.
An order will generally only be processed after successful payment authorisation or

14. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially
different from the product ordered, you should contact KIMI as soon as reasonably possible

Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, order information, packaging
information, certificates, or other evidence reasonably required to investigate the issue.
Where an issue is determined to be attributable to a manufacturing defect, fulfilment error, or
damage occurring before delivery, KIMI will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with
its policies and applicable law.15. Jewellery Care
Fine jewellery requires appropriate care.
Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with their jewellery.
Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, cleaning products, excessive moisture,

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorised alterations,
third-party repairs, or failure to follow care instructions may not be covered by any applicable
warranty or service commitment.
16. Certificates & Authenticity
Where a product is accompanied by a diamond, gemstone, or jewellery certificate, the certificate
will relate to the applicable product or stone as identified by the issuing laboratory or authority.
Customers should retain any certificates supplied with their jewellery.
Where a certificate is specifically stated as included with a product, it forms part of the product
documentation supplied by KIMI.
